SATURDAY, April 1st
- Check-in 9:30 – 10:30 to collect players' packs and information
- Players meeting - 10:30
- Round 1 - 11:00 (Simultaneous tee-off)
- Lunch Break: duration 2:30 hours. (Restaurants are walking distance and won't serve food until 1:30, the service is slow but you will have plenty of time to eat and not feel rushed)
- Round 2 - ~15:45 (Simultaneous tee-off)

SUNDAY, April 2nd
- Round 3 - 10:30 - Third Round (Simultaneous start)
- Awards ceremony 13:30

FEE:
The registration fee will be a one-time fee of 30 €.
Event Financial Breakdown –

• 3 euro event fee
• 12 euros to Players Pack - Fundraiser MIDG Club Shirt
• 15 euros per player will go to the division payouts.
• 40% off the players will be paid out per category
• Payout will be amateur event style as store credit vouchers
• Example: if there are 20 players in MA1, 8 positions will be paid out as credit vouchers

REGISTRATION, FEES, and PLACEMENTS.

You must register, pay through IBAN transfer, then send a confirmation email to be registered.

• Registration will not be confirmed until payment of the fee is received.
• Payment must be made to the MIDG club account in the name of 'Hector Triano Alcantara' our treasurer IBAN: ES49 1465 0340 51 1719741199.
• The concept of the payment must contain "MadridOpen - [Category] - [Player's name]".
